  1. James: I’ve read that for the best wine to use when cooking – is “one you like”.

    Do you have any reco’s for either chicken or beef – just in general?

  2. Actually Jamie price considered, cheap wine is still best for cooking,
    Rule of thumb, White wine like Unoaked Chardonnay for chicken, And Red for beef, I like Merlot, if the meat is tenderized in some way prior to being cooked.
